Welcome to the Nelsons Ashes Website.
This is the home of the greatest cricket club in the world based in Sutton On Trent and called Nelson's Ashes.
The annual dinner for 2011 will be held on Saturday 22th October 2011
The team includes many world class athlete's at sports other than cricket.
We currently play cricket in Weston our team is named after "The Lord Nelson" public house in Sutton on Trent and that great cricket trophy "The Ashes"

Skip was bowling to Coleman in a friendly game.
Coleman missed a superb outswinger, and Skip said
"Its red, round and weighs about 5 1/2 ounces."
Next ball Coleman hits Skip out of the ground for a 6 and replies,"Skip, you know what it looks like. Go ahead and find it!"
